I bought the lightest shade of a arm foundation that I could since I have pale but not porcelain pale skin, but when I put it on it looks orange...Does this mean I have a cool skin tone?
either you have a cool skin tone or the foundation is evil. go to the drug store and next time you look for the lightest shade, see if it has any hints of red or orange. if it does, it is meant for warm skin tones. :)
