a long U shapes top of shirt (like this sideways ) )
then it has , like, and elastic band around the bellybutton (haha)
THE SHIRT ENDS AT THE ELASTIC
its not tight, it kind of poofs out.
you have to wear a shirt under it!

well you can buy those at stores like 'styles for less' or 'charlotte russe' or you also just go on a shopping trip to your mall and go into girly clothes stores. i hope i helped
