i just bought Covergirl Eye Brights and it doesnt do ANYTHING for my lashes
so i want to exchange it for my lovely Lash Blast
i bought it at WAL MART and i just got it 3 days ago and yes i have the reciept
You can always return stuff to WalMart when you have the receipt.
Trust me,
I accidently by the wrong make up all the time,
whether it's the wrong color, brand, or I just dont like it...
you can always exchange it.
<3
Yep! If you have a receipt, they should accept the return with no questions asked. I returned a moisturizer that I used twice and hated, and they didn't say anything.
Yay Lash Blast!
they may not take it back if it is opened and used. but i'm not sure, i've never returned makeup to walmart. the first user who answered this question "ME!" sounds like a reliable source.
aww. now i feel all bad for telling you that it works.
it did work for me.
i dont think they willl let you return it but its worth a try.
:]
I think you can. Call before hand to double check so you don't waste your time.
Yes if you have your receipt and haven't used it.
im sure you can. i just hope they dont wrap it back up and sell it haha.. i dont want your coodies!

Clear bumps all over my face, it use to be soft but i can feel it and cant see it any advice or know what it i?
Noncomedogenic is a term applied to oils, lotions, and skin creams that do not block pores. It is most likely the lotion or foundation you are using. you might buy a noncomedogenic foundation first to see if that is the source. I suggest mary kay foundation. It lasts a VERY long time for how small the tube is. it is I believe 18.oo but lasts four to six months. you probably know someone who sells Mary Kay but if not you can always order from my cousin online at www.marykay.com/pshipley1
she is very reliable as well.
You may be breaking out under your skin which is something that ProActiv can get rid of.

How do you prevent a nightgown from rolling up?
As a crossdresser, I love sleeping in nightgowns that are below the knee or nighties. But they keep rolling up. How do i prevent this from happening.
Otherwise doesnt wearing a nightgown defeat the purpose if it will roll up, then why not just sleep in panties?
i wear night gowns... sometimes... but your right they do roll up sometimes.. but i dont wear panties underneath so it doesnt bother me....
night gowns are DATED. i don't wear them or know a single person who does. sorrry :S

I just broke my arm on Tuesday...?
and i need surgery to put a metal rod on the break so it'll heal straight. my surgery is not until NEXT Tuesday, and picture day is today! i am not going to school until i have a permanent cast, which i will have post surgery. i will get a chance to retake my pictures, but im gonna have a cast in the picture. i REALLY don't want a cast in my school pictures! what should i do to work my cast (lol)? please, suggest anything that would make me look a little decent with a cast :) thanks.
Can you see if you can purchase a long sleeved shirt where the cast will fit and cover it?
Just think it is only one school picture and it is supposed to be a representation of what you are right now. One day your kids will look back on it and laugh. But you could always talk to the photographer and have you sit to the side and turn your head toward the camera if it really bothers you. I am sure they will work with you.
You better bet would be to have your mom call the school and ask the main office if you can re-take.

What happens if you put honey on your hair? easy 10 points?
just want to put it on for about 10 miniutes, will it make your hair smell nice?(like honey?) make it healthier, stronger?
definitly DONT do it. i read in a magazine a long time ago an at home recipe for hair. it was honey and milk and egg whites i think. i tried it, and my hair got soo tangly and i could not brush it!! for a really good hair mask try avacado, or buy one at a salon. theyre 20 bucks tops.
You can't beat a good quality hair conditioner and not all of them are expensive, so why bother with' hair today, goo tomorrow', [ borrowed from Cadbury's Creme Egg ad] ! LOL
it will probaly make it greasy
Sticky...
You will attract a load of wasps and bees.
Bee's will chase you around and then you will have a bee hive like Amy Winehouse lool
it makes your hair healthier... makes less oily
I am a mole and I live in a hole!
Winnie the Pooh will come and lick your head!
You will attract Wasps
Look out for the Bears!
Probably just a big sticky mess. I've never tried it but it doesn't sound good,

Is it safe to clean ears with earbuds?
my friend said it is...so how am i meant to clean them?
How can people here say that ear buds damage your ears? Do you know how much dirt is collected inside your ears? It is necessary to clean them. Wax is built up and eventually will block your hearing. I use a cotton bud to clean my ears and if you do it carefully and gently, the chances of damaging your hearing is unlikely. I have been cleaning my ears with cotton buds since the age of 11.
You can dip the cotton bud in baby oil and then slowly rotate it inside your ear. You'll see how much dirt comes out!
You can clean your outer ear(the part that you can see) with ear buds. Don't stick them inside your ear, you can damage your ear and shove any wax, further in, making it more difficult to hear. Wax actually clears by itself and there is no need to shove anything inside your ears. If you are having difficulty hearing you should go to the nurse and ask if she can take a look. She might suggest getting your ears syringed, which would clear any excess wax that may have built up. Sometimes, this can happen if you have had a number of ear infections over the years.
You should get some hydrogen Peroxide and a rubber syringe that they use for ear wax removal, run some bath water as warm as you can stand it , climb into the bathtub , once you are in water tilt your head to one side and pour some of the hydrogen peroxide into an ear canal, let it churn for awhile, that means that is working on wax removal, after it has churned for awhile lay down in water on that side, fill rubber syringe with water from tub and then irrigate the wax from the ear, do it several times, then proceed to other side and do the same thing to it, I use this method all the time with great success.
don't go into the ear canal with ANYTHING - only the outer (visible) part should be cleaned. Accidental popping of the ear drum is VERY common when any object enters the ear canal. That is horribly painful. If you think your ears are all gunked up inside, your doc can clean them out.
PS - Yes, they can cause damage - ask ANY doctor. Unless you have a very delicate hand and are VERY good at knowing how far you are going, you can do much damage. I know two people who have damaged their ear drums that way - and my daughters FORMER pediatrian even "accidently" broke an eardrum while digging in a childs ear. A professional should be consulted for inner ear cleaning. Not "well, I hope this isn't in there too far........". Just my thoughts and experience.
apparently its not that safe as you can damage your ears and the fibres on the cotton can cause damage aswell but i still use them lol. My friend uses a hair clip :S lol.

Small viisble hair hair on chest would my guy notice?
would he be turned off?what can i do?
Our bodies are covered in hair. It would be more unnatural if you had no hair anywhere. True, it's not as visable or prominant on a female as a guy, but it's there. Don't shave it or pluck it or whatever, it should make no-difference. If he complains, tell him to cut his pubes and see how he feels about that.
It pretty natural to have hair on the body. How can nature ever be unattractive? If the hair is not so blinding visible, then there is no need to get rid of it. If it is making you feel insecure, wax it off. But your boyfriend should be proud of who you are, you do not need to change yourself for him. Make changes only for yourself.
Well, it depended on how close he gets to you. He can notice IF you dont distract him
I say wax or shave it!
if he freaks out about that, dump his @zz

Are u meant to blot red lipstick/lipgloss?
it just looks too much against my medium tanned indian skin ...
Blotting gloss seems really counterproductive to me. Perhaps you need a more sheer red gloss. Cover girl makes a very good sheer red. You can blot lipstick to both mute the color or to make it more like a stain so it will last longer. (Ooh! Try a red lip stain!)
As for lipstick, you will need to experiment with different shades of red. If the one you're trying is too blue in tone, try a warmer brick or orangey red. If it's too warm, try a cooler tone.
Also, you may find that just one color won't do it for you. Take a few different reds and blend away.
If it looks too much why don't you try going with a different shade. If your skin is tan I found that using lighter shades like lighter brown shades. Golds and shimmery earth tones work well. I tan on a regular basis and I wear gold. It is a good contrast.
lipstick, yes...blot it at least once...lip gloss...not so sure. Shouldn't be put on so thick that it needs to be blotted.

What
I really want 2 be a model!
i have had a little modeling experience so i know what you need. You want to eat healthy try to stay away from ice cream, cookies etc.
You also need to own at least one pair of heels. the heel should be higher so you can pivot in them. You need to be practicing in them too. You also need to have a strut. Something everybody will remember you by. Practice posing too because when you're on stage you need to have those poses perfectly. Try not to be shy, let your personality show. And remember to have fun :)
it depends on what kind of model.
For example runway models are ususally very skinny and at least 5'9'' tall. But Victoria's Secret models are tall and curvy, and catalouge models usually look like prettier versions of regular people, aka average height and weight. And then there are had and feet models, ect.
But you generally need to have a pretty, balanced face, clear skin, not overweight, and being tall helps.
Hope it helps. :)
tall, extremely skinny, ugly (i'm not kidding) models are ugly

How many mm
I'm shopping for hoops online and I don't know which size to order. I'd like a pair of medium size ones about the diameter of a soda bottle cap. What size range would that be in mm's?
Well not sure if this helps, and "medium" is a pretty relative term (medium soda at the movies vs at burger king...) but I have an Aquafina cap in front me right now and its 30mm. Hope that at least provides a little info :)

Has anyone tried Paul Brown - Hawaiian Keratin Straightening Treatment?
I had it done 3 1/2 days ago, I was told not to wet my hair, tie it up, clip it up, use headbands, etc. I didn't. I let it lay flat the whole time. Well after my 72hours were up this morning I washed it. My hair is the same as it was! Just as frizzy and wavy. nothing like I was told it would be (smooth and straight) Even if the frizz was gone it would be better!
Also, I had this done professionally....
get your money back and tell everyone you know not to go there
Go back and get your money!

How come I
I was pretty in middle school, since I was 12, and up until when I was 16, I started to notice that I've become less prettier every year. Which is strange. I'm not getting any attention anymore and people are starting to call me ugly.
I think my face used to be rounder but now it's more oval/less fat. I've also lost a lot of weight..I was 110lbs, now I only weigh around 100lbs. My eyes seem to be less shinier.
I just look ugly now. I don't know if I can be pretty again or if it's just part of growing up?
It sounds like you are not eating as healthy. If you were trying to lose all that weight on purpose due to the "new skinny look" you may want to gain that back. And if you keep listening to others and let them get you down, bad self-esteem can make a person look ugly. If you are confident and happy, people will see the once beautiful girl they once new. But I am sure you are. Every girl is in some way.
Usually the rounder girls will grab more attention, especially at your age. It could be the weight loss has taken away some of the attention you used to get. I would say that if you could put on a few pounds, then do so, also if you are a more physically fit person, it tends to both make you feel better about yourself, and increases the attention people will pay towards you.
This is part of growing up, though. people change their opinion of what they like almost as fast as people around you are changing their opinions. You might have to just weather the storm here. If you go off to college, there are a more diversified group of people there, I'm sure you'd be a hit among new faces.
i think that everyone is cuter when they are younger.
im sure that when you are comfortable with the way you look, you will be able to flatter your figure,
if your eyes are less shiny, it's very easy to get eye drops that can make them shiny again, and they are quite cheap.
I wouldn't worry about people calling you ugly, they are either jealous or just generally horrible.
:)x
It's all in the mind..
A person doesn't change to such an extent to turn ugly after being pretty as you claim.
A little piece of advice for you, if you start calling yourself ugly it doesn't stop anyone from doing so too.
Love yourself, because if you don't, nobody will.
And on a final note, you have got the wrong idea about being 'pretty'.
Beauty, my lovely, comes from the within.
So if you feel happy inside, it'll show on the outside.
Good luck.
like the other person said, your not donw growing yet. wait a few years and you will start to see more changes. also, guys dont like really skinny girls. a little bit of fat is perfectly normal. try new hairstyles and makeup to help your appereance
um most times people start out ugly (as kids...elementary age) then get cute or start out cute (preschool age) and then get ugly as they grow into their permanent looks...if u were pretty at 16 i dont see how u cane be getting uglier unless u are becomng very frail and thin
You have to look at how you are living your life. Is it free of stresses or are you going through some hard times right now. If you are going through something...that can definetly take a toll on your appearance. Try to live life free of stresses.
Age changes everything. Pretty is not on the outside but whats inside. Don't let the world let you think what is pretty and what is not.
It happens to a lot of people, thats why there's makeup-and you definitely shoud gain weight again to make you look healthier and it will brighten your face!
hope i helped :]
You are too hung up on your looks. You need to reach out to others and volunteer to help. Maybe focusing on others will make you more pretty.
you are just going through puberty. You will mature into woman with the same pretty features as before, just give it time.
your not done growing up yet.
WELL U SHOULD TRY GETTING UR WEIGHT BACK N WORK ON MAKIN UR FACE ROUND..GET ALOT OF SLEEP
Confidence is Beautiful that's what you need to have
without a few pics who knows...duh

might help bring back some lift to ur face

Hawaiian Keratin Straightening Treatment?
Has anyone tried Paul Brown - Hawaiian Keratin Straightening Treatment?
I had it done 3 1/2 days ago, I was told not to wet my hair, tie it up, clip it up, use headbands, etc. I didn't. I let it lay flat the whole time. Well after my 72hours were up this morning I washed it. My hair is the same as it was! Just as frizzy and wavy. nothing like I was told it would be (smooth and straight) Even if the frizz was gone it would be better!
Also, I had this done professionally....
wow $279.99 a bottle for that crap??
god damn it must have cost you a fortune to get that treatment done!
what a waste.

How often should you exfoliate your face?
Is everyday too much?
It really depends on what type you use and your skin type. Normally it tells you on the back how often you should use it, and it probably varies from 2-3 times a week. If you do it everyday, you could damage your skin, but it's not certain.
I don't have sensitive skin so I use a gentle medicated exfoliant everyday and a rougher sugar based one about once per week.
I have virtually breakout free skin.
For my skin it would be too much. But I think it depends on how sensitive your skin is and how rough your exfoliater is. I exfoliate every other day, like 3 or 4 times a week.
yes everyday is too much 2-3 times a week is the recommended/suggested. :)
Every other day. On the other day moisturize. It'll balance your skin nicely
2-3 times/week.
i do it once everyday

How do girls walk down the stairs in high heels?
ok i know this is a weird question but it amazes me to see a girl walk down steps in high heels. they dont even fall or wobble or anything. i even tried a pair on and they werent even high and i feel straight on my face. ON FLAT GROUND. i dont understand how girls can do that, how do they do it? is it instinct or did you have to learn?
thanks in advance
Wow :P
Well women are born with the gene of narrow feet.
With me, Walking in high heels is still a little wobbly.
Which sukks cu's i'm a natural cluts :/
But i'm learning ^^
Uhm, Well i only answered this for the 2 points :P
And, i noticed you're on my fans list.
Lol, bye.

Pretty sure it depends on the girl --
I've yet to figure out how. Haha.
Well, for one thing, most girls have narrower feet which fit in the shoes better.
I think girls have a gene that they inherit from their mothers that allows them to walk in the heels.
I really don't know.
It takes practice, that's for sure. A lot of little girls try on their moms' heels and practice then. Then, when the time comes that they need to wear them, they're already pros.
LOL
practice makes perfect !
we start with small heels, then move on to bigger ones
but if the stairs are really steep we hold on to the rails ! LOL cause well thats what they're there for right?
and Id rather hold on to the rails then fall flat on my face LOL.
its like hmm .
y ou can throw a football pretty far right?
some girls can't throw footballs at all because
idunno we're like football challenged LOL
but it comes so easy to guys.
its like the same thing : )
its sort of instinct/learning
the more we do it the more easier it is !
I had to practice. I still cant go down steps with heels on without looking down and I wear them often. Now if there is a strap that goes around the back of my heel I don't have to look down when I'm going down steps. It also depends on the style of heels. some are easier to walk in than others.
u have to move ur hips a bit more, its basically all in the hips. and when walking down the stairs, just hold the railing for more support
INSTINCT! THATSS JUST HOW US GIRLS WORK ITT ;D haha
it takes practiceeee,practice&&practice!
Practice and practice...

What type would you suggest?
I have to go buy a new swimsuit this weekend (ugh) and I'm not sure what type to get. My torso is way too long to get a one piece and I'm a little bit of a pear shape so they look horrible on me anyways. I am a 36C. 5'9" tall. muscular legs with a small "baby pooch" in my lower abs (i've had 2 kids). but the top 1/2 of me is slender and athletic. I also have a muscular "ghetto booty" /
I'm 26 with blonde hair and light skin. I'm self concious as hell about my thighs so I don't like to show them off either
What type of suit do you think I should get? I was thinking of a short skirt type bottom and a tankini top ?
PLEASE NO RUDE COMMENTS..I'VE BEEN WORKING ON LOSING WEIGHT AND I DON'T NEED TO CRY TODAY
Aww sweetie.
Victoria's secret has a great selection of different bathing suit types.
If your not looking to buy there, you can always get ideas for the type of bathing suit!
They have stylish tops that blouse out, covering your sensitive mid-section, and many many others!
Good luck!
try a tankini top with a skirt yes you had the right idea lol
sounds good keep workn at it

For a job interview is it okay to wear jeans if you wear heals and a dress shirt?
Its a hotel that I already have expierence with and actually are currently working with. I also have nice jewlery too.. but just wanted some opinions
I'm not going to say anything bad about the jeans just make sure you don't look slutty. Look professinal. I think what you chose is absoIutely fine. I think you should really wear whatever you casually wear. Don't dress up too much. Because then what will happen is they'll see what you wear and judge you partly on that and then if they love it but you hate it that's not good because you have to go to work every single day in in outfit that you absolutely hate. If you wear what you love wearing you'll love going to work because it's just like hanging out except you have to be serious. If they don't like what you wear then who cares because they're not going to judge you on that and they can't not give you the job because they hate what you wear. They can only not give you the job if your attitude sucks as well as you reseme. But since you said you have eexperienceat the hotel you probably know what everybody where's so maybe you should mix that with what you usually wear and VOILA! Just remember feel comfortable in whatever you decide to wear. PPreferablynot heels because you have to walk in them all day and he might ask you to do some stuff. Also make sure it's stuff you can afford. Because if you get into the habit of wearing eexpensiveclothes to work each day and you white top that is most common to you rips or something and it was alot of money you have to go out and buy a new one.
Hopee I Helped .. XD <3 .. :-)
Think about it, what impression do jeans give an employer?
Personally if you came to me for an interview in jeans and there was someone there with the same experience as you but dressed smartly, I would employ them instead of you.
However if you were way ahead of the rest of the applicants I would consider you for the job but stress to you the importance of appearance.
NO...don't do it. You always want to leave a good impression with them. They might think your too comfortable since you currently work for the hotel. So throw on some nice dress pants with your outfit. Bring your best foot forward because the person next to you might have experience and dress to impress.
YES! Forget these ignoramuses!! There are no set rules. Try dark skinny jeans though, not wide acid jeans. It'll be casual, cute, and professional. It will be especially lovely because you said you have a nice top, heels, and jewelry. STUN THEM! :D Good Luck!
Not for a hotel, no. You should always wear pants or a skirt. However, I wore skinny jeans with heels and dress shirt to a McDonalds interview when I was 16 and got the job. But this is totally different.
No regardless you want to look as professional as possible, especially if you are hoping to get promoted to a higher position since you already work for them.
Not if you want the job. wear a skirt and pantyhose, anything else would be totally inappropriate.
NO....... Jeans and high heels means you are going out to a bar.
Always wear professional clothes...like dress pants or a skirt a blouse (dont show cleavage) and some simple jewelry.
Oh, no. Dress for success! Remember to always dress for the job you want and not the job you have.
Good luck!
No, I was going to say it depends on the industry you are applying to join, but for the hotel industry its a defo NO.
Heels with Jeans is trashy.
Always dress a step better than you'd have to if you had the job.
No, too casual of interview, must make good impression, dress up more.
Yes it's ok as long as they are nice looking preferably dark wash boot cut jeans, but skinny jeans are ok too. Good luck
absolutly not that would ruin your chances of getting the job.
Unless you are interviewing to be a maid, the answer is "No."
Nope theres no getting out of it. Wear a sweet pencil skirt with what you already have.
ABSOLUTELY NOT! Get a skirt or some nice dress pants.
absolutely not
Nahh. I would wear dress pants vs. jeans. It's more professional.
I think you should wear dress pants instead of jeans. Jeans are too casual
hell no
if you don;t receive a call from them, that's the reason why.
No! You should NEVER wear jeans to a interview.
you should wear a pencil skirt or dress pants.
no dress formal to impress
yeah dont wear jeans wear some sort of dress pants

Is 6.2 height is beautiful for a girl?
That's really tall. Good luck finding a guy to date. How tall you are has nothing to do with being beautiful. Models are tall, but they are also pretty. One has nothing to do with the other.
definitely, tennis champion/swimsuit model/total hottie maria Sharapova is 6'2 - very sexy long legs!
Also good for having babies with - tall children!
yeah, you can be a model :-)
its not the legs that i normally look at ;)
xxxxx
if she has long sexy legs, then yes
yessss ur so lucky! im only 5 2 and im 16!

Whats a good place to find unique clothing and accessories?
I already know of urban outfitters, metropark
they must be able to ship to the u.s.!
monsoon and accessorize retail shops, haven't bought any clothes but bought a make-up bag, purse and jewelery roll, they all match, all in same style. love them, there great. bought some nice hair clips. and a pair of fingerless gloves that I love.
have a scarf and glove set bought for me, for my birthday from accessorize, really nice and a chocolate brown shoulder bag called "babushka" really nice.
great shop.
You need to look for vintage stores in your area, also, go to Goodwill, you will find all kinds of things there cheap.

Good makeup question?
What is a good makeup line for cover-up and foundation that won't irritate my skin too much. My face is sensitive and i have a few dark spots on it that I just can't stand and they just need to be covered. Please and thank you.
I'm with you! I have extremely sensitive skin, too. What you need to look for is something that doesn't have a lot of oils in it (non-comedogenic), and something that won't cause any irritation (hypoallergenic). If you're looking at a powder, check and make sure it doesn't contain talc. That's a product which can make the skin red and dry.
MAC has very good concealer, but if you have oily skin, I wouldn't highly recommend their foundation.
some may swear by the mineral foundations like bare minerals or sheer cover. i like mac and mary kay, too.

Fashion Advice for Jeans Jacket?
Now I am planning my winter wardrobe I already have Knits ect... but I need a jacket jeans. Anyway should I invest my money into a really good pair of jeans or just buy 2 pairs? also what is a good kind of jacket that you can take anywhere and looks good with anything.
Thanks for all the advice
Depends on the style you can pull off.
If I was in need of pants, I'd buy the best quality and best looking on me pants rather than two that made me look-well ugh/icky.
Leather is usually pretty nice, not my preference.
Jean is out to me.
Cloth is in- and it's simple and matchable.
Depends on how a person is too. Like someone around my age, 16-18, can pull off Vans and Eck Unlimited but if my grandpa (60's) or even my dad (30's) wore those brands, I'd be scared.
Zip-ups are my personal favorite for jackets, pullovers suck when you're hair is done.

Why do blondes have the worst skin?
LOL before all the blondes in the world yell at me hear me out;
In my family specifically all the blondes have worst skin than the brunettes. I am one of the blondes. My skin is good now but when I was younger it was always zitty, while my sister got maybe 2 zits in her whole life (brunette). I noticed why my cousins that the blondes always get zits and the brunettes don't. This is on both my mom and dads side. So whats up with this?
Coincidence...purely. The blondes in your family are probably prone to oilier skin, that is all. It has nothing to do with being blonde, though. That is just how it happened to work out in your family, not everyone's!
I think that's just a coincidence... I have never heard that before.
I'm a natural brunette and used to be zitty, and I see plenty of non-blondes with acne, so I don't think you're stereotype is right.
i think the zits are just more noticeable because the blond hair blends in with your face more if you have white skin and makes things on your face that have color kinda stand out.
i'm twelve and blonde, I have maybe two not-so-noticeable zits...but some of the blondes in my class have horrible skin. oh well!
